Express Delivery 1-3 Working Days (order before 4pm - Excludes Weekends ) £6.99

 

As we use Royal Mail as our carrier. We are unable to control planned strikes therefore please be mindful during delivery. Please note any items due to be dispatched on these dates may take a couple of extra days to arrive

20th December 1pm - Shipping cut off date for all Christmas deliveries

Please note any orders placed after 1pm are not guaranteed to arrive before christmas

We will ensure all next day parcels are sent out the day of the order (if before 4pm-Excludes Weekends and Days of Postal Strikes). Please be mindful that the delivery period is in working days and begins the date your item has been dispatched. We are unable to control any issues by our carrier. 

REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Over the festive period please note any orders placed after December 1st will have an extended return till 6th January 2024 or 30 Days - whichever comes later.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@humblepioneer.com. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. If this is not followed we are unfortunately unable proceed with the return.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
For the quickest exchange we recommend that you purchase the correct size and style. This is to ensure that the items you want do not sell out before your return is sent to us. We will then provide a full refund of the item sent back. If the item you purchased is less than the new price we will honour this and provide a full refund for the returned item. Additionally if the item is more expensive we will refund the difference for you.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
